Apartments
 Alcyone
is a 162-unit mixed-use apartment project, located on the corner
of Minor Avenue and Thomas Street in the Cascade neighborhood. It's
the ideal spot for those looking for a relaxed lifestyle that still
affords access to city shopping, events and attractions.
Through distinguishing design elements, the project has
significant ties with the neighborhood's central park and a connection
to the artistic community of Cascade and South Lake Union. An alleyway
houses a series of work/live lofts as an artists' row. To
accommodate the active lifestyle of our residents, large storage areas
with shelving and room for gear and supplies is available in a
portion of the garage.
The building also features multiple entries with individual stoops
that are highlighted with lots of greenery. A small neighborhood
restaurant is located on the corner of Minor and Thomas and many
