Interurban Exchange
 Interurban
Exchange is an exciting new development in the heart of South Lake
Union. It will consist of four new Class A office/biotech buildings
and the historic Van Vorst building, which will be renovated into a
14,000 SF tenant amenity center containing recreational and meeting
facilities. With a combined project square footage of approximately
