When
complete, Mirabella will be a brand-new Continuing Care Retirement
Community (CCRC) offering an extraordinary lifestyle to Seattle
seniors. It will be the first all-new CCRC built in Seattle in nearly
20 years.
Mirabella will offer spacious apartments in a variety of floor plans,
a host of outstanding services, fine amenities, and programs geared
toward health and wellness. But most important, as a CCRC, Mirabella
will offer residents state-of-the-art on-site health care with all
private rooms.
Mirabella is being built in the Cascade neighborhood of Seattle’s
South Lake Union district—the city’s most up-and-coming area. Each
spacious apartment home will offer stunning views of the spectacular
Seattle cityscape: the Space Needle, South Lake Union, waterfront
parks, and sparkling downtown lights.
